Trouble signing in to T840 web site?

Posted on Oct 29 2014 - 9:54pm

Due to some inconsistencies between Circle Ten Council's (BSA's) records and T840's TroopMaster records, a synchronization between the two sets of records was made recently. (A simple difference of specifying a Scout's middle initial in Cub Scouts and his middle name in Boy Scouts could cause such an inconsistency.) In one case, the last name of a Scout was inadvertently changed to an incorrect spelling (that which Council incorrectly had on record). This results in the Scout's T840 web site user ID changing, unfortunately. We are taking steps to ensure that the correct spelling of Scouts' names is entered in TroopMaster so that when we export those records to the T840 web site, their user ID does not change.

New T840 Form for Recording Service Hours

Posted on Jul 27 2014 - 4:26pm

T840 members like to participate in service projects, but it is essential that we record the time Scouts and adults spend on these service projects. To make this easier, we have posted a new T840 Service Hours Form that you can find here or under the Resources section of this web site. Just print off the form, use it to keep track of whoever participates in your service project, and then TURN IT IN TO ADVANCEMENT. Advancement reports all service hours  through Five Trails District to Circle Ten Council and eventually to BSA.
