Depart from Church of the Apostles for camp on Thursday June 22nd.
PAYMENT IN FULL IS PAST DUE
Camp fees are ~$625 per Scout, ~$425 per Adult Leader for the 10 days of camp, plus transportation costs, but not including any additional fees required for Merit Badges or spending money at the Osage River Trading Company/Scott's Iconium General Store, OR for meals on the way to/from camp.
Travel will be via personal vehicles the day prior to camp (overnight in hotel), but with no overnight stay on the return.
The H. Roe Bartle Scout Reservation has three separate-but-interconnected camps: Camp Lone Star, Camp Sawmill, and Camp Piercing Arrow. Each has their own dining hall, swimming pool, merit badge and campfire areas. Some facilities are shared for the entire reservation, like the climbing tower, shooting sports areas, outpost programs and the lakefront facilities (motor boating, sailing, canoeing, kayaking, water sports, fishing, etc.) All Tribe of Mic-O-Say facilities are shared and the majority are located in Camp Lone Star.

Thursday June 22:
7 AM Check-In at Church of the Apostles, Coppell. Scouts should eat breakfast before arriving!
7:30 AM Depart for Springfield, MO
Lunch on the road (Scout pays)
Dinner in Springfield (Troop pays)

Friday June 23:
Breakfast at hotel (no charge)
Lunch in ICO prior to camp (Scout pays)
12:00 PM: Session 2 Starts
Sunday June 25 - Visitor's Day
10:00 AM: Gates Open
Lunch for all campers and visitors
Dance of Joy presented by our Pre-Called Warriors (usually around 2pm)
5:00 PM: Gates Closed (ALL Visitors must be out of camp)
Sunday July 2:
8 am breakfast - "to go" by Camp
Lunch on the road (Scout pays)
Arrive in Coppell ~5-6 PM

MAIL - If you would like to send "mail" to your Scout, the troop will be collecting items in the parking lot before we leave - just mark your son's name and what day of camp you'd like him to receive it.
When mailing something to Bartle, please be sure to include your return address AND the following information to ensure that the mail reaches the right camper:
